Jamie Hess - Employment Services Specialist, Lincoln County

Jami is an Employment Services Specialist (ESS) at Mountain State Centers for Independent Living. As an ESS, Jami provides employment counseling and guidance to people with disabilities.

She also provides vocational assessment, basic life skills training and work readiness in a classroom setting for people with disabilities in community-based competitive jobs.

As an ESS Jamie works with consumers to navigate through the job readiness process and offers support to both consumers and employers. Jami also offers work site support to ensure job retention. Jami is the ESS for Lincoln County.

You may see Jami as she participates in advocacy, recruiting and community events and visits potential work sites to observe and perform jobs to learn responsibilities for a given position prior to a consumer's placement.

Jami is a mother of two boys and is passionate about her work.
