This picture was drawn by Caleb Fetherols, a third grader from Ft. Gay Elementary School in Wayne County. Caleb was the second runner up in the Kids ADA contest. Caleb received a framed certificate and a red ribbon for his great artwork. The drawing is of Caleb and his friends, one who uses a wheelchair, playing together one sunny afternoon.
