The attached picture was done by Mackenzie Allen, a third grader from Barboursville Elementary School in Cabell County. Mackenzie's teacher is Mrs. Abby Carder. Mackenzie's artwork shows a person using a guide dog and a person using a cane on the playground at school. MTSTCIL staff, Cathy Hutchinson, presented a framed certificate and a blue ribbon to Mackenzie. Cathy hosted a pizza party for Mackenzie's third grade class on March 11, 2005.
