This drawing was done by Belle Kennedy, a third grader, from Central City Elementary School in Cabell County. Belle was awarded first place with her artwork of a person with a guide dog and people using wheelchairs on a playground.
Belle's teacher is Mrs. Sharon Fuller and her art teacher is Ms. Teresa Crum. MTSTCIL staff, Kelly Dowdy Simpson, presented Belle with a framed certificate and a blue ribbon.
Belle's class at Central City Elementary School received a pizza party from MTSTCIL in honor of her first place artwork. There were 20 students, one teacher, two volunteers, one MTSTCIL staff, and one MTSTCIL consumer who attended the pizza party.
